We reach out to facilities about FacilityGuard™, our program for screening, printing, and delivering non-privileged inmate mail. There is no cost to the facility. If you would prefer not to hear from us, see how to stop receiving email below.

What FacilityGuard™ does

FacilityGuard™ is not a mail scanning service. Scanning vendors receive physical mail, open it, and scan it. We work in the opposite direction.

Families compose and order photos, letters, greeting cards, and books digitally. Nothing physical is ever mailed by the sender.
Every item is screened by our patent-pending AI against your facility's own content rules before anything is printed.
We print approved items and deliver them to the facility ready for distribution, using pre-printed metered postage and steam-fused envelopes. There are no stamps to peel and no glue to hide anything under.
Legal and privileged mail is never part of the program. It continues to be handled directly by your staff under your existing procedures.

The facility keeps control of its own mail policy. There is no charge for the program, the portal, or delivery, and no hardware to purchase.
